Cancellatelo se \u00e8 spam o contiene contenuti volgari. Dovreste verificare il nome e l&#8217;indirizzo email della persona che commenta per ulteriori delucidazioni sulla credibilita\u2019 della recensione. Dopo esservi accertati della validita\u2019, approfondite quanto accaduto. Prima di rispondere al cliente ci sono alcune domande che dovreste porvi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Cosa e\u2019 andato male?<\/strong><\/span> (errore di un fornitore, scarsa qualita\u2019 del prodotto, consegna andata male o errore tecnico, &#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Cosa si pu\u00f2 fare per recuperare?<\/span> <\/strong>(la soluzione immediata che potete fornire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Reputazione e tono del cliente?<\/strong><\/span> (quanto e\u2019 influente ed arrabbiato)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Questi ragionamenti vi aiuteranno\u00a0a personalizzare la vostra risposta in base alla situazione, evitando di inviare una risposta automatica. Ad esempio, se il cliente si sta lamentando della scarsa qualita\u2019 del prodotto, fornitegli un\u2019opzione di sostituzione o rimborso. Discutete della situazione anche con le persone coinvolte (team interno\/fornitori\/compagnia di spedizione) per evitare questi errori in futuro.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Se vedete che la situazione vi sta prendendo tempo, mantenete comunque la comunicazione col cliente. Per redigere una risposta perfetta, dovreste stare attenti ad includere questi tre aspetti:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Ammissione<\/strong>: Accettare la critica e scusarsi per il vostro errore, mostrandovi comprensivi nei confronti del disagio creato al cliente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assistenza<\/strong>: Fornite una soluzione immediata e comoda per il problema presentato. Prendete in considerazione l\u2019offerta di un omaggio\/sconto a seconda della gravita\u2019 del problema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rassicurazione<\/strong>: Rssicurate il cliente, ditegli che il problema e\u2019 stato risolto e non si ripresentera\u2019 e nel caso in cui si ripresentasse, potr\u00e0 contare sul vostro pronto intervento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Ricordatevi anche di personalizzare la risposta riferendovi direttamente al problema in questione.
